A visit for a friend's gathering turned into a delightful experience. The attentive staff, particularly the general manager, ensured our needs were met, displaying remarkable kindness. The clean and comfortable room allowed for an excellent night's sleep. However, the sofa sleeper mattress was unsuitable for sleep, which detracted from an otherwise great stay. Breakfast options could be broadened for a more varied experience.

The Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds had a spacious layout, perfect for families needing extra room. The location offered convenient access to nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the area during our stay.

Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order, and when we inquired, it seemed that it’s been like that for a while. Our TV didn’t work for our last day, which added a layer of frustration to the experience, especially since we were looking forward to some downtime. Additionally, the sofa sleeper mattress really didn’t cut it. it felt like a collection of metal springs rather than a comfortable place to rest.

Comfortable stay for spending night

Clean room, friendly staff, with air conditioning that kept us comfortable during our stay and access to free Wi-Fi made it easy to plan our explorations of the area.

I especially enjoyed the breakfast. it had a nice variety and was fresh every morning. Sandra kept the breakfast area clean and well-stocked. The staff, especially Justin at the front desk, made us feel truly welcomed and attended to our needs throughout our visit. However, the hot tub was not working, and I wished I had been informed of that beforehand as it was one of my reasons for choosing this hotel. Also, on the third day, we experienced issues with the TV, which was disappointing. Despite these hiccups, the overall experience was still enjoyable.

No complaints to mention!

Had a great stay with friends. The room was clean, and we loved the jacuzzi tub—just a heads-up, it’s slippery stepping out onto the carpet. The beds were comfy. We enjoyed visiting a local restaurant and Walmart was conveniently close. The breakfast was decent, and the coffee was fantastic!

One downside was that the air conditioning wasn't on when we arrived, which made the first night a bit uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially being just a few blocks from the vibrant city park and only a short stroll away from downtown landmarks, which made our weekend explorations so much easier.

Family friendly but overpriced

The staff were friendly but it felt like they were under some kinda pressure, always checking on things. One time, my grandson was playing by the pool and an employee came over with a big smile, giving him a complimentary cookie, which made his day!

It wasn’t exactly cheap but you know what, I guess the comfort made it acceptable.
